From first call to closed wound.
Reach out
Call or send a visit request. Patients, family members, physicians and home-care agencies can all refer — no paperwork required to start.
We come to you
Timothy arrives at your home with a fully equipped mobile wound kit and performs a comprehensive evaluation — measurements, photos, circulation checks.
Treatment begins day one
Debridement, advanced dressings, compression or wound VAC setup happen at that first visit whenever clinically appropriate.
Heal on schedule
Recurring visits track progress objectively, adjust the plan, and keep your physicians informed — until the wound is closed, not just covered.
If it's in the five boroughs, it's a house call.
Explore the map. Apollo Wound Care travels to every corner of New York City, from Riverdale to Tottenville and Inwood to Far Rockaway.
The same expert at your door, every time.
Apollo Wound Care was founded by Timothy Donoho, PA on a simple conviction: the patients who most need expert wound care are the ones least able to travel to it. So the practice was built in reverse — around the patient's kitchen table instead of a clinic's schedule.
"A wound heals in the hours between visits. My job is to make sure every one of those hours is working for you."
When standard care stalls, we escalate.
A non-healing wound needs more than another dressing. Apollo Wound Care carries hospital-grade modalities to the bedside — including UltraMIST® non-contact ultrasound, amniotic allografts, and antimicrobial silver matrix — matched to the reason your wound stopped closing.

Why house calls heal faster.
One clinician, every visit
You see Timothy Donoho, PA at every appointment — the same expert eyes tracking your wound week over week, catching millimeter-level changes a rotating cast of providers would miss.
The clinic comes fully stocked
Advanced dressings, debridement instruments, compression systems and documentation tools travel in with us. Nothing about a home visit is a lighter version of clinic care.
Your home is clinical data
Seeing your actual bed, chair, shower and footwear lets us fix the causes clinics never see. Wound care that ignores the environment treats half the problem.
Your doctors stay in the loop
Every visit generates documentation shared with your PCP, specialists and home-care agency — one connected team instead of siloed appointments.
Everything families ask us first.
Straight answers on insurance, referrals, and what actually happens at the first home visit. Still unsure? A real person picks up.
A wound that hasn't improved in 30 days of standard care is, by definition, stalled — and stalled wounds usually need a different approach, not more of the same dressing. Apollo Wound Care starts by identifying why it stalled (poor circulation, infection or biofilm, excess wound enzymes, pressure, or nutrition), then escalates with advanced modalities matched to that cause: non-contact UltraMIST® ultrasound, amniotic membrane allografts, or antimicrobial silver matrix. All of it happens in your home, coordinated with your other doctors.
UltraMIST is a non-contact, painless treatment that delivers low-frequency (40 kHz) ultrasound to the wound through a fine saline mist. Because nothing touches the wound, there's no procedural pain. The acoustic energy reaches into and below the wound bed to reduce bacteria, calm inflammation and improve blood flow — supporting healing in wounds that have stalled. Sessions take three to twenty minutes and are typically done two to three times a week as an adjunct to your care plan. It is FDA cleared.
Mobile wound care means a wound specialist travels to you — your home, a family member's home, or an adult-care residence — instead of you traveling to a wound center. Apollo Wound Care brings the same clinical capabilities you'd find in an outpatient wound clinic, including sharp debridement, compression therapy, wound VAC management and advanced dressings, directly to patients across all five boroughs of New York City.
Apollo Wound Care serves all five boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx and Staten Island. Timothy Donoho, PA travels borough-wide — from Riverdale to Tottenville and Far Rockaway to Inwood.
Care is provided by Timothy Donoho, PA (NPI 1407323421), a physician associate specializing in wound management. Every visit is performed personally by a licensed clinician — never a technician — and findings are documented and shared with your existing doctors.
Your wound won't wait. Neither do we.
One phone call covers everything: the wound, your insurance, and the first visit date. Family members and referring providers are welcome to call on a patient's behalf.
